Three is run by TheWebVale. This page says plainly what we keep and why.

What we collect

Your email, name and a hashed password; the photos you upload; the 3D models and renders made from them. Nothing else is needed, so nothing else is collected.

Who sees your photos

Only you. To make a model, your photos are sent to an image-reading AI service, and the finished 3D file (never the photos) is sent to a temporary private GPU job for rendering. The GPU job and its copy of the file are deleted when rendering ends.

How long we keep things

Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Models and renders stay until you delete them. Deleting a model removes its files and its record.

Training

We do not use your photos or models to train anything.
